Pros

I feel like I can work there for a long time and not have to worry about my job being eliminated. Pay is good. WLB is good also since I work remote but they don't have remote positions available now.

Cons

Promotion opportunities are rare and hard to get unless you come from Deloitte. A lot of foreigners work there.
