Pros

Generous PTO, you can choose to purchase up to 5 days of addtl Vacation days. They pay you based on your travel experience, you get a raise every year its not much but at least it's a raise! You get quarterly incentives for your RTF and Revenue performance. Awesome employee benefits health and medical ins, counseling, 401k etc! And you get to stay in 5 stars hotel for up to 6 nights (2nts each) in a year! Fam trips offered every year.

Cons

You get a tl that doesn't know how to motivate you so your performance goes to hell.. and then you get passed around to different tls because they smchange your schedule every year. The upper management doesn't understand the business, they advertise a great benefit to the card members only to find out that they are losing money on it so they take it back leaving the card members dissatisfied, most of your survey detractors are cardmembers who has something to complain about so its close to impossible to reach your rtf goal and then if you don't reach a certain percentage in your rtf you lose your revenue incentive which was a big blindside for me! And when your performance is down you get the suckiest schedule of your life, double weekends and night shift, which means if you take this job get ready to say goodbye to your social life.

Pros

Met some great people with shared aspirations and values.

Cons

Met some great people with shared aspirations and values but working under inexperienced and duplicitous upper management VP hacks (NYC) who fostered a work environment that resulted in employees working to KEEP their jobs rather than DOING their jobs, making the work environment an unstable and miserable experience.

Pros

- Great company culture, willing to invest in employee development - Though slow, senior management is making the require changes to adapt to the market - Encouragement of lateral movements, great mean to get into other business areas where other companies would not even consider you given your irrelevant background - Bright and educated people - Reputable brand name which gains trust from clients

Cons

- Closed-loop network has always been a product benefit, ironically, people there also work in closed-loop networks making cross unit collaboration extremely inefficient and this killed numerous opportunities as a result. - Too much selfishness in place, performance metrics does not reflect the true picture. Concerns with personal metrics outweights the well-being and benefits of the business as a whole. In many cases quality of work is sacrificed in order to "make up for the numbers" on their own scorecard. - Too much brown nosing, it is not rare to see someone with a usual snobbishness rating of 10 to completely go out of their way to lick the soles of the so called band 50+ and get rewarded. - People outside the US are treated like second rate citizens. - Productivity is low, excessive internal procedures, some are even redundant. Most Town Halls are a complete waste of time where the so-called "information" conveyed could be read and obsorbed in less than 3 minutes if passed by e-mail. - Be more prudent on your outsourcing to India, in one case, I had problems understanding what the IT support is saying to the point that I gave up talking and communicate through email instead...and getting her email address alone took me more than 5 minutes because her English was as bad you could imagine.
