Pros

Flexible working hours to suit global calls. If you want a "cushy" job in a safe environment, this is the perfect organisation for you. Average tenure of colleagues is over 10 years.

Cons

No career growth, politics internally can affect you getting movement laterally and are very competitive as there hasn't been many jobs open for a few years, no growth mentality amongst a changing payments environment. Lack of clear direction - changes every few months and goes in circles so no actual change happens. Some long tenured staff are resistant to change and stuck in the past. Systems are so clunky / old / nothing talks to each other. Using AI is good, but limited in ability due to the internal systems and how old everything is.
