      -Enough marketing budget to achieve results and learn through doing -Generally smart and dedicated people to work with -Ability to make lateral moves at the Manager level

      -Quality of leadership at Director level very mixed -Promotional opportunities take a while and sometimes very political -Somewhat too inwardly focused

      lots of opportunities to volunteer in community events nice office environment and great campus and cafeteria good coworkers and great team environment

      Good room for growth and positional movement. Great training and support. Good name brand recognition. Good company benefits and amenities.

      Cons

      Very political, all depends on who your manager is. Position was extremely misrepresented, salary is a joke for the work that is done. So many uncontrollables that directly impact your performance.
