      The environment is nice, people treat you with respect. However the salary is not competitive at all.

      *Excellent environment *Respect between co-workers *Flexibility *Life & work balance *It's an excellent place for gaining experience in financial companies

      *The salary is awful. I get paid 1/3 of what I would for making the same job at any other financial company. *The systems are kinda outdated *Due to the company being enormous, there are several communication issues that could be improved

      Great Work/Life balance and good vacation time. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Very Political at American Express. If you're not part of the "it" crew you will be given up for promotions no matter how well your perform.

      A promising career that starts off great and offers quick advancement and pay; was promoted in less than a month.

      Cons

      Job would get highly stressful with high call volume, often left unsupervised and understaffed. Managers offered little advice on how to handle certain impossible situations.
