      Pros

      They have a very large base of partners and benefits that they offer to all employees to take advantage of. They promote personal growth and encourage employees to give back to the communities.

      Cons

      People stay with American Express for their entire career so if you're in a small office it can be difficult to move up in the company unless you are willing to relocate.

      Pros

      The hq for Amex is such a great place to work, phenomenal people, good work/life balance, good pay, great experience/resume builder. Very team oriented and middle mgmt specifically compensated on how well they develop future leaders. Loved working there, highly recommend it.

      Cons

      Cash bonuses could be higher, a little tough to live in NYC

      Pros

      There is not much pressure , how learining and growth oppurtunities are very limited . Hence if you want a stable job u can jump in , but if you want to learn should not be great

      Cons

      Excessive work from contractors , some employees are very experienced however they dont know much abt the team or the process.
