      Pros

      -People are genuinely nice -Place were you can actually enjoy going to work -Management support for learning / pursuing new roles in various businesses -Good work / life balance

      Cons

      -Poor salary & benefits compared to similar finance positions in NYC -Fewer quality opportunities for advancement than before recession -Too much finance work is still pointless (either not necessary or disregarded by business partners when they make decisions)

      Pros

      Focus on the shareholder, customer and employee are all emphasized. Very smart and capable workforce, from top to bottom, and everyone is focused on respect for coworkers. Employee development has suffered from less funding, but not from lowered focus or attention. Strong focus on the customer has provided a superior business model that has proven itself in these difficult economic times -- provides the security of having a positive future!

      Not immune to the pressure on financial services companies.
