Open to innovation and really active players in the community. Lots of great people.

Cons

My experience tainted by appalling bullying boss who’s impact on my mental health is still here 4 years later. I wasn’t the only one of her victims but nothing was done.

Cons

Still have good ole boy network, too much PC, middle managers who are workaholics and think everyone else should always be in the office to kiss their ring even when those you are working with directly are in other countries.
