Pros

- Senior Leadership at Band 50+ has really good vision for the company - If you're working in Risk Department or working with them directly then learning is good - Flexibility in terms of work timings, leaves, etc if you're getting the job done - Some of the teams/leaders are really good and can accelerate your growth

Cons

- Many leaders at Band 40/35 have their own personal agendas which does not really align with their senior leaders and affects the growth of the company, the work culture and people below such leaders - Some of the leaders are extreme micromanagers and get away with it despite having poor feedback from their subordinates and poor results in annual pulse survey. I've seen instances where an employee raised issues about her leader to the ombudsperson and eventually she was the one who had to change her team without any strict action being taken against her leader. - Very low salaries for software developers and petty increments. I got G1 L1 rating once and even after the increment of 16%, my salary was below the industry standards

Pros

1. people are good and caring with lot of experience in payment industry.

Cons

1. No job guarantee for long term 2. letting go of experienced people, who knew about the system. 3. Even people in company for 18 years are fired , other are demoted,(even if you are making profit or having a A+ performance ) . 4. All the issues with sales(if they loose a business ) are burdened on tech teams and being tech you will be fired . 5. lot of directors and management less of development and innovations. 6. Expectation is to handle more than one departments and functions.
