Great benefits, structured raises/promotions process (you know what you need to do/show and by when to get raises and promotions)

Promotions are often limited by team. Teams can only have certain number of particular level employees, so if your team doesn't have any slots left for the next level you'd be moving to, you would need to either wait or move to another team to get your next promotion.
