      - Great Pay - Laid Back - Good Vacation Time - Excellent Paternity/Maternity Leave

      - New employees are given no direction whatsoever (at least in my case) - Upon being hired, had nothing to do for weeks - Nobody even told me what team I was in for about a week - Poor communication for new hires
