      Pros

      I can't find any good reason to work in that company, maybe only small salary. Only if you are lucky you can get good partner to work and learn something valuable.

      Cons

      The co-operation between different department is non-existent even if you are doing same project. There is no possibilities to advance in career. Salary is small.

      Pros

      Great immersion to high level engineering. Great place to develop engineering skills and practices.Get to work on some cool machinery in beautiful scenery.

      Cons

      The work is always project oriented and usually on a tight time table. Sometimes things get stressful and demanding. I believe thay have made some changes and the work environment has changed for the better.
