      Pros

      Get to participate in many steps of completion of a project. Can go on construction site. Can also work from home

      Cons

      No training program in place, learn as you go in no particular order. This can give a very good experience to some but no so good to others.

      This a a great place to start your career. After about 1-2 years. You will learn the business and move on to bigger better things

      Work life balance you need not to work on sat/sun and do not need to work beyond working hours Limited Growth Salary is not as per market Good for Freshers

      Cons

      Pathetic Indian Management No employee friendly policy. Yearly appraisal happens only after 1.6 years & that too with many conditions.
