Lots of things to do and learn in Commercial Management and cost control. Got to interact with a variety of people on projects, lots of things happening

Project codification is enormous, all decisions are top-down, no recognition from Management, no reconsideration of the organization. Contrarily to their competitors, no clear distinction of roles (Contract Management, cost and commercial management cumulated on on role).
