      Large Global Organization to navigate. Polices not always crystal clear, nor enforced, Headquarters need to support satellite sites.

      There is alot of knowledge here if you can get someone to share, but they want you to learn the hard way. Instead of helping

      Cons

      Lack of communication. Will not shut down long enough for scheduled maintenance. Poor handling of pandemic procedures. Surprise pay cut for all salaried employees at the beginning of the pandemic.

      Friendly colleagues, direct manager is not a micro-manager

      Cons

      Be prepared to be fired if company is not doing well. Even though I am lowly paid I am fired. Management gets to keep their high salaried jobs. Don't bother here if you want to progress.
