      Process systems in place; infrastructure is good.

      Cons

      Local management truly mismanages the company and its employees. There is no dignity for employees and everyone and everything is rubbished by the local CEO. The ensuing atmosphere lacks total morale and discouragement. All HR policies are anti-employee and yearly appraisals are nil to nothing. Added on top of that, this must the only company that has a 10 hour working day! No work life balance.
