Pros

Good pay , good if you have refernce or recommendation, get very good salary if you know to write letters blaming others and manipulate even around 1 lakh rupees for sitting and writing letters great company!, work hard salary will automatically be less

Cons

No training, no guidance, only poltics, people dont even have a mentality of working in pvt company forget about MNC, no particular job description e.g a turbine engineer may be asked to clean toilets, become a storekeeper etc no proffesionalism only big blah blah on phone and paper

Pros

Nothing to like. If you want to go back to school, feel free to join here.

Cons

If you are coming here for IT in New Delhi office also know as GDC, then please don't. Read below points to know about what is going in the office. - No Job Security: * Employees are fired on a moment's notice without any prior indication, leaving them blindsided. - Toxic Management: * Since the new manager took ever, the overall culture have become toxice and the worst I have ever seen. * Nearly all the technically sound employees have left the company since his take over. * He is not technical at all and doesn't care about the actual work being done. You'll only be appreciated if you engage in sycophancy, and any concerns you raise will be ridiculed. - Micromanagement: * Productivity is measured by desk time, not actual output. HR tracks everything like a school. - Favoritism: * Promotions go to favorites, regardless of skills or experience. Least qualified people are made leads. Even the company policies are ignored and one person is given 3 to 4 levels of promotions in a single go just because they fly around the manager like bees. - No Growth or Learning: * There's no meaningful work or opportunity to develop skills, and initiatives are given only to select employees. Even your existing skills will be reduced to zero in this whole toxice environment. - Unprofessional Environment; * HR and the manager show no respect or professionalism, treating employees poorly, talking rudely and mocking their genuine concerns. They create their own policies for select employees and forgets these policies when coming to their favorite ones. - Crying Employees: * The manager's treatment is so bad that I myself have seen employees reduced to tears in the office.

Pros

It was reasonable WFH Monday-Friday as it was Hybrid position.

Cons

Wasn’t very welcomed when starting as HR was having a difficult time bringing new employees on board. Lack of training from supervisor when beginning the process. Less than a month within a two week period, there were some concerns as I was suppose to be going through training. Very dull environment with some employees saying hello or Good Morning without responding nor giving interaction. I wouldn’t recommend on working in this department due to not having proper goals to instruct how process works for the Cash Application position.
