Great work life balance Best part , you are working for your self not customers Salary paid is nice If you believe in words like i can do this and that but your actions is not same. This company is not good for you. Your team and service owner only trust in your actions not words. Mgmt of Austria and US take care and have regular meetings with India GIT.they more focus on GIT in India. Sunil Verma is head of Global IT and he is running the business of GIT very smoothly. He shows his trust in India employees and try to find a Gap between your work and alignment with service owner. Everyone is here technical even service owner so if you think you can manage the operation and not technical stuff, this company is not suitable for you. Overall good company and i must recommend if you want to work like Human

Local HR and local finance issue, took long time for claims settlement. Long time for project management sometimes irritating, May be will take long time to build relationship Company is not good for workaholic guy Aprisal process is slow and now they are working on it
