      Andritz provides good backup office services for accounting, controlling, logistic, IT and HR. This gives you time to concentrate on your business.

      Cons

      Need to cooperate with a lot of people who are not familiar with common industry rules or your division. Additional. Additional most of the people in the backup offices are located in different locations.

      Well-organized company with established work routines and procedure. Problems, if any, are dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Very helpful, friendly and professional colleagues who help any new employees to quickly adjust and feel at home. Best place I've ever worked at.

      The only drawback was that it was a limited period, project-based job
