Extremely poor management, supervisors only care about their salaries, and anyone new with ambition and an education will be ousted by the employees with seniority and GED education.
You will be told you will get training, no such luck there. You will be told to shadow a leadman and will get a bad review for that. You will be used to get done what no one else wants to do and then thrown away like garbage.
Your input and ideas will get you fired because the senior engineers that have only on the job self taught training and seniority feel threatened. If you work ahead of their so called engineers you will be fired. All projects are done on a whim with no research or engineering disciplines involved, I call it Amish Engineering. This company wastes more money on projects than they spend to upgrade there 1980's facility because a supervisor or engineer said it would work.
