      Pros

      Primarily junior engineers and technologists which bring fresh ideas to the business. They easily can learn their positions while building an upfront investment.

      Cons

      Lacking in experienced leadership. Scofflaw in some respects to codes and standards as well as safety practices. No clearly defined alliances with clients.
