While working at Andritz i found that teamwork was key, the crew really helped each other out, salary was good and the benefits were as well.

Cons

It was difficult for transparency the higher ups kept the crew in the dark until last minute about important things, management would put blames on crew more often than none.

Pros

Punching out everyday. The social committee, they put on good free lunches once every month. Other than that, there's not much I can say.

Cons

Here we go, where do I start? Company is extremely mismanaged. The amount of micro-managing from each so-called manager is unfathomable. Very uncomfortable work environment. Co-workers are rude and disrespectful. They don't acknowledge you whatsoever. It's like a high school clique in which they don't want to let you in. Working at this place for the amount of time I did was a complete waste of time for me and my career.
