Challenging work, good people to work with, nice location, latest computers, good mid-level management

Cons

Office run by dictators that are stuck in the 1950's. Huge ego's that will not admit they made a mistake. Always blaming someone else for their mistakes. Horrible pressure, bounced from job to job with unrealistic expectations.
