      It gives very much freedom to work Job is properly rewarding depending on the performance Work load is not much except on site trips Start up culture

      Cons

      Career growth at Andritz is very much limited Good for few years but not a good alternative for long term career

      Pros

      Friendly/caring coworkers, fun job, excellent management. Vacation was good and the company was very flexible. I got hurt off the job and the company was very understanding and helpful during this period. By far the best company I've worked for (overall).

      Cons

      The pay for this job was a tad low for the industry. Benefits were ok. Monthly health care premium was too high, but all else was pretty good. If I could of afforded to continue working there (big family to support), I don't think I would of ever left.
