      Can't think of any that can be considered good

      Poor leadership style. Work flows were not carried out accordingly as set up but keep changes instead every now and then. No clear directions and motivation at work from management.Verry poor leadership style and toxic working environment. Fire fight everyday and no senses of work satisfaction and archivement.

      The group I work in was great and we had a great leader.

      Cons

      The founder retired and the company is being restructured. People are being cut blindly without spending the effort to discuss where they would add value in the new structure. Cuts seem to be largely made by expense/age.
