Nothing, People here want you to work all the time. Management People will use unnecessary words. They think they are god & people here working are slaves. Based on my personal experience, I will never refer anyone. I will not suggest that this EFB division is good.

Cons

1. Work pressure 2. Not treating people properly 3. Management people will think of themselves as God 4. Abusive & unnecessary words 5. Drinking tea in the cafeteria is cruel. U should have it in your place. 6. Don't join in EFB. I like Sridhar sir, who is the head of Andritz. Such a gem of person.
