      Pros

      You get paid every month. Do whatever you wish, no consequences. You get paid as much as those working 'hard'.

      Cons

      The payment you get every month is sh*t. No career plan. Too many 'managers' talking, too less people doing the real job. Watch out for the dinosaurs in the aisles! There are lots of them...

      Coworkers make the job worth it, salary is low, bonus not great.

      Pros

      Awesome coworkers (we’re all on the same page), great boss (doesn’t micromanage), Hybrid work available 2 days per week.

      Cons

      Job is boring (sitting at a computer most of the time), we have to deal with Europeans, not enough communications between departments. (Ex: sales & engineering)
