Worst Experience with the worst Management Team

It is a very good and establish company, overall working with multinational colleagues from several different countries handling project are very satisfying. Most International colleagues are very helpful, kind and understanding
Cons
The Management Team in their Jakarta, Indonesia Office in the Pulp & Paper one is very Toxic. The Head and HR personnel are family related, they used the most popular religion in Indonesia to put the mask of being nice, sincere, kind and understanding. Whilst behind the façade, they are terminating people unsympathetically, without mercy and very un-kind (to put a proper word in describing the most despicable thing a human can do to other human). Since their reign, many employees are being terminated with various reason, being "Intimidating, disrespectful and fake "fraud" case that they build against the employee with the help of their current external counsel from TAX CONSULTANT Office. They are ruthless, they are corrupt and they will do anything to "STAY" in the company that give them the "independence" of taking so many "Materials" advantages (i.e. Money).
