      The leadership. Since most of the people left who made AppD so successful, the culture is turning down and it’s getting chaotic

      The culture at AppD is great! Everyone is kind and they really do promote collaboration!

      Cons

      Career Growth here is possible, but it will be hard. Company is slowing down on internal promotions, but hiring a lot.

      Pros

      Working at AppDynamics has provided me with many great growth opportunities, access to an unbelievable level of organizational support, and a truly unique (and amazing) culture. Our benefits package is out of this world, and you don't just hear that the company truly cares about you as an individual, you feel it.

      Cons

      We are now part of Cisco. Some (those who generally don't like working for larger orgs) see this as a con. Personally though, I've found this to be yet another pro. The opportunity that being part of the Cisco family has provided to our business and to us as individuals is truly amazing.
