      -Free snacks -Good benefits -work from home

      Cons

      -high turnover -uncertainty -management isn't qualified, feels like this is their first time at bat -no support and training -no growth development -nepotism -politics -no substantial raises

      Thanks for taking the time to share your experience at AppDynamics. Your feedback about good benefits, free snacks and WFH is spot-on. We also appreciate those perks as well. However, it’s disappointing that you’ve listed so many cons about working here. Our culture and people are the heart of the company, and making AppD a great place for passionate people is one of our strategic initiatives. As far as your concerns with management, we’ve recently rolled out leadership trainings for all global people managers. As for learning and development opportunities, I encourage you to check out the L&D page on MyAppD - you can find a calendar with upcoming AppD workshops and also information on the many offerings through Cisco. We always strive to be better and appreciate your feedback.

      Great Place to Work but Not good for QE

      Pros

      You get a good pay Employees are consummate , and helpful too

      Cons

      You are trapped in a vicious cycle of C1/C2 Cycles of monthly releases. Even though you are a automation engineer, you ultimately end-up doing manual testing. QE is more like machine/robot work. Less learning in the process

      Thanks for sharing your feedback. The Quality Engineering organization at AppDynamics has been evolving at a rapid pace and continues to adopt industry best practices from a CI/CD standpoint. We have already moved away from manual/ Regression Testing towards automation in order to cater to the ever growing demand for faster releases.       Pros

      Constantly in awe of the many people who are passionate about creating an invigorating environment that fosters innovation, collaboration and employee engagement.

      Cons

      While diversity is top of mind, still need to see more diverse representation of intersectional communities across leadership. Still experiencing growing pains after integrating with Cisco, and seeing how much we are still learning about how much we need/want to lean on each other to thrive.
