Pros

As part of re-architecting the product, there are a lot of challenging problems like scalability, user experience, etc to be solved. There is always enough work and projects for engineers to work on, which is great! Higher management is transparent and listens to your feedback and acts on it. Most importantly, it is an amazing feeling to work for a product that makes such a big difference to the customers.

Cons

Intentions behind new projects are good but sometimes the execution is not right, which eventually results in a failed project. To be fair, this happened in the past and now there is a lot of improvement and focus on execution of projects along with thorough planning.
