I continue to grow within AppDynamics. I am always challenged to improve myself and always given the coaching and guidance to do so. So thankful for the opportunity to work here as it has changed my career for the better.

Cons

AppDynamics has done a great job of offering new growth paths. They need to keep moving hard on this to offer more opportunities to grow as the company continues to grow.

Horrible culture that’s treats people like scum. You’re not valued there at all, everyone micro manages you. Worst place I’ve ever worked in my life.

- Training and Enablement is second to none, truly world class - Leadership team prioritizes customer interaction over data analysis or forecast reporting - Massive market with continued upside - Work hard, play hard culture. Direct correlation between the amount of work put in and earnings potential - Lots of career growth opportunities. So many folks have been promoted to management, or moved to a different part of the business based on their passion - SKO's are next level....Picture thousands of dollars dropping from drones in Miami beach after a 3 days/nights at the Fountaine Bleau

- Competition is catching up, and doing so quickly - Poor support from Marketing or Business Development to fill top-of-funnel
