      Pros

      The work is interesting and challenging. Lots of autonomy and freedom to take ownership of your work and being able to see the impact you have is pretty amazing! The people who work here are great, very talented and passionate about what we are doing and where we are going. The direction the company is heading is super exciting and I would recommend anyone given the opportunity to join the company.

      Cons

      If you don't like a challenge and fast pace environment then AppDynamics may not be the place for you. Lack of process sometimes means things can get a bit chaotic but you expect this from a company growing so fast.

      AppD provides an environment where you will learn to be the best version of yourself. The sales discipline is not just beneficial for your career at AppDynamics, but is a skillset you develop that will be valuable to you the rest of your career. If you want to learn to be the best at what you do, AppDynamics is the best company you could work for, hands down.

      Cons

      A perfect company does not exist, but there is very little I can say negatively about AppD.
