      Pros

      If you are not a fan of cross continent collaborations over varied time zones the this might not be the work place for you. But on the other hand, who does not want to work with people from all over the globe in this age!

      Cons

      Highly motivated colleagues and managers. The workspace is full of positive vibes and fun activities. Flexibility is a big plus in here and healthy competition keeps you going. The quality of work is updated and aligned to the market; the company constantly thrives to get better. There are multiple benefits that one can avail here at financial and health front, especially after Cisco took over.

      Looks great from the outside, but..

      Pros

      A great technical solution, great sales process, above average pay, many skilled coworkers, doable sales targets.

      Cons

      Very aggressive sales management style, "management by fear" some would call it. No work life balance. Extremely high KPIs for the salespeople. Probably good for people that have no friends, family or hobbies, but just want to become super great at sales and earn a lot of money.

      Great place to grow technically

      Smart engineers, collaborative culture, cutting edge product. Weekly massages are amazing; I hope they never discontinue that.

      Cons

      Only select employees get standing desks.
