Pros

- It appears as if the top leadership really does care about making AppD a great place to work - Fully stocked kitchen with a ton of free food

Cons

- There is no strategy. There is talk about "strategic initiatives" but really all of the middle management "leaders" just chase the next shiny object which changes about every 3 weeks. This makes it hard to bring anything meaningful to the finish line. - There are very few good leaders. The rest do not know how to lead a team. AppD has been offering leadership courses. The courses are evidently are not helping. - Your job will surely change within weeks of being hired. And then change again every few months. - This is not a collaborative place to work. Very competitive - even within teams.

- People are young, smart and very ambitious - Big Exposure, very fast. - Benefits such as snacks, massages make you smile - Constant coaching helps to improve oneself - Everyone is willing to help all the time

Cons

- Not a con, but to be aware, it's a demanding culture. So, don't join if you don't want to improve yourself or your career
