      Pros

      If you want to attain and hone a set of skills in order to perform at the highest possible level, AppDynamics is the place to be. It's like coming to work every day and training with the world leading olympic squad that win at every sport. Every function (sales, presales, marketing, recruitment, product, operations, legal etc.) everyone is at the top of their game. Every day you are there you grow, the earning potential is still huge. Cisco have incentivized their global sales force to sell AppDynamics who are now bringing a huge amount of opportunity to the AppDynamics team.

      It's really hard work, but that's what being great takes.

      Pros

      If you can be successful here for 2.5+ years, you'll be welcomed into a family of first class sales people. Your game will be challenged and elevated to sell this incredible product. Once this group has seen you sell, you'll never have to hunt for a job again.

      Cons

      This job is really tough. Even though the product is great, it's still a tough selling motion based on the nature of what it does and who it supports. Also, it can be a challenge to get from the inside into an outside role.
