I've been at AppDynamics just over a year and if I look back to the person I was before joining and now, the transformation is incredible. AppDynamics is fast paced, entrepreneurial, transformational and career defining. All of my colleagues want to be great and the best at what they do and that encourages a culture of helping each other become the AppDynamics lion. We never give up, we always strive to be the best. Our software is deployed in the largest, most well known brands in the world and customers love our product. It's with great pride that I can go into almost any organisation in the world and find a problem to solve with our platform. Work hard play hard mentality is apparent throughout the organisation.
Cons
Very dynamic environment (which is both positive and negative!), things change on a daily basis at AppDynamics so be prepared to keep up with the pace of change and be prepared to work harder than you've ever worked before.
