The company culture emphasizes respect, low-ego, collaboration, and strongly promotes individual career progression. The company is very focused on what we still want to accomplish as opposed to gloating about what we have accomplished to date. From a recruiter perspective, all of my hiring managers view me as a business partner and don't act as though their time is more valuable than mine.

Cons

Like any high-growth company, there is an element of organized chaos. Anyone joining will need to be comfortable operating with some ambiguity and comfortable with change, but all in the hopes of maximizing our unique market opportunity.

- Great Culture (company sponsored events, friendly work environment, a lot of perks - stocked kitchen, massages, etc.) - The opportunity is as great as you make it. Leadership does not micro manage. They hire people who are successful, motivated, coachable, and want to learn. -They look internally to promote top talent

Cons

I only put 4 stars because we can always strive to be better and I am sure there are nuances that could be worked out here at AppD that I am not thinking of but in reality there is no glaring deterrent from pursuing an opportunity at AppD.

I get to work with very intelligent people who are building a highly complex SaaS product -- all while maintaining a strong team atmosphere. The work-life balance is great, the perks are great, and the Company is headed to the moon!

Cons

Because the Software is so complicated, the job can be fairly demanding from an intellectual / stress perspective.
