Pros

The IT and facilities teams have done a fantastic job making the office up-to-date with the latest technology and perks. The Cisco acquisition has allowed some great benefits, such as 401K and ESPP.

Cons

The company is no longer what it once was-- a place that solves really cool problems and fosters an environment to learn and grow. There have been numerous ethically and morally wrong incidents within the company, making it an unsafe work environment (especially for women). If you're looking to join AppD PLEASE do your research and ask smart questions, specifically around the companies vision, longer term goals, career growth, and culture.

AppDynamics is one of the fastest growing software companies of all time and is set to fly by its competitors in terms of revenue this year. During this amazing trajectory and an acquisition by Cisco, AppD has held on to it’s culture and values. People genuinely care about each other and look for opportunities to respect and support what makes us each different but better together.

Cons

Sales driven culture can be overbearing.
