      Pros

      -supportive teammates who encourage growth and celebrates wins -growth opportunities as long as you make an effort to talk to people -genuinely nice people all around -Cisco benefits is a plus

      -not as pet friendly as it used to be -a gym would be nice

      Pros

      Challenging problems to work on. Until now, management's decisions have aligned well with the interest of the engineers (lots of focus on code quality and consolidating the foundations lately). The benefits are great and the people are amazing, talented and friendly.

      Cons

      Many engineers work offsite, and the HQ office tends to be empty at times. This is a consequence of the great flexibility that AppD provide its employees, but can get boring if you are looking for the effervescence of a packed office.

      Pros

      The culture is high-spirited here at AppD. I love working with people who are passionate about living our company values, and making smart choices about how we work and play. Excellent compensation package.

      Cons

      It's not really a "con", but a tiny bit inconvenient that I have to travel every few months, since I am a distributed employee.
