      Pros

      Everyone at AppD is an A player and willing to help each other. We have an awesome culture and I'm excited to see how we continue to integrate with Cisco. Our leaders are invested in the development of everyone on the team and you can see this from the many promotions that happen within the organization. AppD is truly a special place and I'm happy to be here!

      Cons

      I don't have many cons yet, but would like to see WFH flexibility.
