Pros
This might be a long list...
1. Management show complete faith in their teams.
2. 20% of your working hours dedicated to self development (!!!!).
3. If you perform, then I've seen and experienced managers actively seek ways to reward you in cash, paid for courses, time off. We are very well looked after here.
4. I've just realised it's actually more than 20%. 20% per week, and then additional PTO specifically for Self Development.
5. Cracking on-boarding scheme.
6. Never have I worked with such passionate, determined, legitimate, professionals. Every day I'm working 10/10 just to keep up. You cannot "phone it in" here, but you wont want to - it's motivating and inspiring being surrounded by such people.
7. Hiring policy is "Only the best" - and it's worked. Though I'm not sure how I managed to slip by unnoticed!!
8. A growing company always comes with new positions and back-filling, so career opportunities are great with strong internal promotions looked upon favourably.
Cons
You are expected to travel. That can take some adjusting to if you've been in a regular office job up till now.
