      Pros

      Only here a short time but the place has such a positive feel (compared to my previous employments). Everyone I have met has come across driven and very enthusiastic which to me says a lot. Support in abundance. Very much looking forward to establishing a career here.

      Cons

      Too early for me to comment, there will be some - as with all places, but I am sure the Pros will outweigh the Cons.

      Fantastic talented people, very nice atmosphere and beside the hard work also time for fun activities with your colleagues and family.

      Pros

      Incredible development, both professionally and personally, that will open up infinite opportunities for anyone who takes part. Cisco acquisition has had very little impact on culture, it's only helping drive our success - more access to accounts, more funding for promotions and headcount, more engineers for innovation. No limit on growth within company. Development is based on merit with plenty of support around to smash it out the park.

      Cons

      Not your usual 9-5, but AppD doesn't recruit for people with that mindset. This is place where special people come to do special things.
