      Pros

      Great for flexible working. Good benefits package. Strong growth and opportunities ahead following the Cisco acquisition. High performance culture - you are challenged everyday.

      Cons

      You need to be strict with time management to juggle work/life balance (that's not necessarily a con, but it's definitely a challenge).

      Pros

      Mature start-up environment atmosphere where you're constantly challenged to do better. I think there's a good culture of feedback and I feel heard. I feel motivated to bring ideas to the table and supported by my team. There is a lot of potential to expand my role and grow in my career. I love my boss!

      Cons

      For me, it's the parking situation in the city and having to pay for parking when I haven't had to at former places of employment.

      Pros

      You get to work with incredibly smart people all of the time across all functions. Everyone is on the same mission to work hard, achieve, push themselves and this helps to elevate everyone in the business. The EMEA leadership team are inspiring, very motivating and really care about their people. The product is excellent & AppD really care about their customers Great benefits as part of Cisco. Fantastic culture, offices and working environment. I've made friends for life in this company :-)

      Cons

      Work life balance, you get what you put into your career here. You will be expected to go over and above however will be greatly rewarded for this in the short - medium term.
