      Pros

      The team I work with is great and you can tell that management really cares about us. I have continued to have new learning opportunities as the company continues to grow.

      Cons

      Due to the company growing at such a fast pace, the work load has increased. However this is balanced out by increased hires and implementations to help with scalability.

      Pros

      High paced and great energy. You work hard but then have a lot of fun as well. Employees are working hard to make this company a success!

      Cons

      I wish they had a couple more benefits that they offered their employees but these aren't deal breakers. 401(k) match of some kind would be great as well as sabbaticals after so many years.

      Avoid like a plague, may be after IPO

      Pros

      They give good number of RSUs as part of offer(but please don't get lured by this). As of now they are one of the leaders in APM market(server side).

      Cons

      Actually after seeing 4+ rating, I decided to join. But looks like those good days are well and truly over. I am thinking it is due to the fact that, they will be doing IPO soon so they set unrealistic targets. As of now, values/cultures/principles are ignored, and they see you as a slave. They will not train/enable you adequately, and expect you to do wonders. If you bring up these issues, managers at best will try to avoid and often will harass you. They just want to hit the target, no matter what. Absolutely there is no process here, even after 8 years. Most of the teams as very lean, so you will have to double up always. I used to work during festivals and PTOs are normally not approved. Other worst part is, HR makes false promises while recruiting you. I almost ruined my perfect career by joining here, luckily i was able to get out soon(not even 6 months). Please avoid like a plague, give serious thoughts before joining this useless org.
