      - Culture & Perks: All the snacks you could ever dream of, weekly massages, company events- this place truly makes you feel valued as an employee. - Leadership at corporate and local levels that are invested in your success - Quick to promote within - Start up feel, with major corporate backing - A product that I'm comfortable putting my name behind

      Lack of Diversity - But they're working on it Not always a "customer first" approach Customer Success Org needs work- but it's growing!

      AppDynamics is AMAZING

      Pros

      The culture is fantastic. I've worked for some great companies, but AppD blows them all out of the water. The leadership truly cares about your happiness and most importantly, there is ample opportunity for career growth. The compensation is competitive, and we have a team of people dedicated to maintaining our company values. I love my job!

      Cons

      For me the only con is my distance from an actual office location. I love spending time with my colleagues and wish we had an office in Austin!
