      Free food 2 times a week Happy employees Great collaboration Internal movement There are many initiatives that involve attracting and retaining women to the company

      Cons

      Sometimes people are so passionate that they end up working too much. Diversity could be better but, it is improving.

      Pros

      Highly intelligent fellow employees that will motivate you to grow. Ability to delve into areas of interest, rather that be told exactly what to do. Very flexible with work schedules.

      Cons

      While pay and benefits are good, could be better especially with the cost of living and highly technical work.

      Great company with great opportunities

      Pros

      I have been working with AppD for around 3 months now. - Company culture is good. - Great Learning opportunities as the company grows - Quality work in Bangalore office as well. A company with offices across countries generally tends to have this problem where one of the location might be getting redundant work, but it is not the case with AppDynamics.

      Can't think of any for the moment.
