AppDynamics is a company about developing their employees, rather than hiring people to be just a part of the working mill. The vision of AppDynamics as well as the product really helps set this company up for success. There are very few bumps in the road that this company cannot overcome when it comes to the industry and their customer success. This company truly cares about employees, customers, and retentions first and foremost over corporate politics and their business. They know that with those things mastered, everything else falls into place.
