The company is growing fast. Lots of opportunities for new hires. Atmosphere in engineering is very good, work hard play hard kind of attitude but with a good work/life balance.

Cons

Product is big, infrastructure is big, makes it harder to innovate. Management is aware of that and trying to do what it takes, but progress could be faster.

I joined AppD a month ago and have loved the on boarding process. People are motivated and passionate for the product. Everybody is invested in making the company successful. Its a fast paced environment and I love it.

Cons

Haven't seen anything bad yet.
