      Pros

      Great place to kick off a career, the entire team is altruistic willing to share advice and experiences to help you thrive. In my three years, I have had consistent access to our CEO, Founder, and Upper-level management.

      Cons

      This job is not easy, the focus is on hunting new accounts and business units. Our sales process is great but focused on doing the right things not necessarily the easy things.

      Code to Release is a long cycle due to B2B format but can be lot better.

      -Incredible people to work with -Catered Breakfast and Lunch -Massages -Fully stocked snack room -Great pay and benefits (especially now with Cisco) -Exciting startup feel with a large enterprise support -Cutting-edge technology

      Cons

      -Glassdoor requires a 20 word minimum for Cons but I don't have any... almost there... 16 17 18 19 20!
